Heat Levels

Each class is guided by expert instructors, providing options for all levels. Come as you are, and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more balanced.

  • Hot Flow Vinyasa

    💧💧💧💧

    In this class you will use your breath to flow form one pose to the next. Students will flow through sun salutations as well as balancing and strengthening postures while using breath to build heat from within. Expect to improve your inner strength and stability. This class is heated to around 95 degrees. This class is accessible to all levels.

  • Hot 26/2

    💧💧💧💧💧

    Original Hot Yoga (OHY) is a 90-minute, heated therapeutic yoga class that heals the mind and body.  This class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.  The sequence is perfect for the inflexible beginner and challenging for the veteran practitioner.  The postures are designed to stretch your muscles, tendons, ligaments, and scar tissues. These specific postures also help to improve the health of your internal organ systems, providing you with vitality and a feeling of wellness. Expect to feel revitalized, re-energized, and re-juveniated! This class is heated to 105 degrees with 40 percent humidity. 

  • Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)

    This class is a high intensity, low impact cardio workout with music and special lighting. Expect to improve your balance,
    strength, and flexibility. Low impact moves make it safe for your joints and perfect for all levels. This class is heated to 95 degrees.

  • Yoga Sculpt

    💧💧💧

    An energizing workout that takes you through a series of yoga poses to warm up, followed by a high intensity class of planks, weighted sculpting and cardio for a full body burn! A 60 minute class in a 95 degree room, utilizing light weights to deliver a fun, sculpting workout!

  • Classic Baptiste Power Vinyasa

    Classic Baptiste Power Yoga Flow, a style of Vinyasa Yoga, in a 60 minute format. Each class is built on the Journey into Power sequence, a series of postures that flow from one to the next. The room is heated to mid to upper 90 degrees with added humidity. Students of all levels of experience are welcome, and options are given to both modify and intensify a pose.

  • Flow to Restore

    This class will start with a flow to build some heat in the body. We will link breath to movement and move through our sun salutations, lunges, twists and balancing. We will then slow the pase down and remain closer to the ground for a more resotrative and relaxing end to the practice. This class will have relaxing music, soft candlelight and hands on assists for those that welcome them. The room will be set to a warm temperature around 75-80 degrees. 

  • Power Flow Vinyasa

    A 45 minute power vinyasa flow class! In this class you will move through creative sequencing based on classic Sun Salutations to create a class that is truly unique and challenging. There will be extra opportunities for arm balances and inversions to take your practice to the next level. This class is still accessible to newer yogis looking to try something new, modifications always offered to all. Class will be heated to 95 degrees with added humidity.

  • Hot Pilates

    In our Hot Pilates class, we prioritize alignment, slow, deliberate movements, and mindful breathing. Through each exercise, we emphasize the importance of proper form and technique, allowing you to connect deeply with your body and breath. By slowing down the pace, you'll have the opportunity to fully engage and strengthen every muscle while fostering a sense of calm and presence. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this class offers a nurturing environment to enhance your practice and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. Class is set to music with heat around 95 degrees and added humidity. 

  • Strength + Stretch

    A balanced mix of strength-building and deep stretching. Build flexibility and recover faster.

  • Restorative Yoga

    A deeply calming and supported practice in a warm room. Melt into relaxation and release tension.

  • Weight Training & Yoga Combo

    This 1-hour non-heated class integrates dumbbells into various yoga poses and flows to add a strength component to your yoga practice. The class begins with a grounding and centering warm-up, followed by a series of flows with weights, and winds down with floor exercises and stretching.  There is no choreography, and the pace is slower to enable practitioners to use heavier or lighter dumbbells at their discretion.
