New Member Tips

  1. Take it easy at first (especially with heat!)
If you're new to yoga or heated classes, we recommend easing in with a non-heated or lightly heated class so your body can adjust. Some great beginner-friendly options:
    ✔️ Strength + Stretch (non-heated)
    ✔️ Vinyasa Focused (lightly heated)
✔️ Yoga Sculpt (a fun, energizing combo of movement + strength!)

  2. What to wear
Comfy, breathable clothes you can move and sweat in—think leggings, tank tops, or lightweight shorts. Skip anything bulky or heavy.

  3. What to bring
✔️ A yoga mat (don’t have one? We have some for sale!)
    ✔️ A towel—especially for heated classes
✔️ Water! Hydration is key before, during, and after class
✔️ A good attitude 😄 (Seriously, come with an open mind—we're all learning together!)

  4. Arrive early
Give yourself about 10–15 minutes before class starts so you can settle in, get comfy, and chat with your teacher if you have any questions.

“Such a great studio! I was visiting Marlborough and dropped in to a hot yoga class at Yoga 626. Jenn was welcoming and helpful. The class was hot and exactly what I needed after a long travel day the day before. Definitely recommend coffee or brunch at Bolton Bean right next door after class.”
