FAQs

  • I’m new to yoga. Can I still take a class?

Absolutely! We welcome all levels, and our instructors will guide you through each movement. If you're unsure where to start, try our Gentle Flow or Hot 26/2 classes.

  • What should I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel (especially for heated classes). If you don’t have a mat or towel, we have rentals available!

  • What should I wear?

Wear light, breathable, and moisture-wicking clothing to stay comfortable, especially in heated classes.

  • Do I need to sign up in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend signing up in advance to guarantee your spot, especially for popular classes.

  • Is Yoga 626 beginner-friendly?

Yes! We offer a variety of beginner-friendly classes and are happy to help you find the best one to start with.

  • What are the benefits of hot yoga?

Hot yoga can improve flexibility, increase circulation, detoxify the body, and build strength while providing a deep, meditative experience.

  • Is hot yoga safe for beginners?

Yes! If you’re new to heated classes, we recommend starting with Hot 26/2, which is structured and great for all levels. Take breaks as needed and stay hydrated.

  • How hot does the studio get?

Our heated classes range from 85°F to 105°F, depending on the style. The heat is designed to enhance your practice, not overwhelm you!

  • What is Inferno Hot Pilates, and how is it different from yoga?

Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-energy, low-impact workout that combines Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in a heated room. It focuses on core strength, endurance, and toning.

  • Do I need to be flexible to do yoga or Pilates?

Not at all! Flexibility is something you build over time with practice. Every class is designed to meet you where you are, and modifications are always available.

  • Where do I park when I come to class?

We’ve got you covered! Yoga 626 is located in the same building as Bolton Bean. Just drive around back—there’s plenty of free parking waiting for you.
