Anatomy Immersion w/ Karen Fabian
Anatomy Immersion Weekend with Karen Fabian, Founder of Bare Bones Yoga
Cost: $350
Location: Yoga 626
Saturday, September 26 & Sunday, September 27, 2026
12:00–5:00 PM (both days)
Move beyond just memorizing anatomy and learn how to apply it to your teaching so you can feel more confident leading your classes.
In this 2 day training, Karen will guide teachers through her Anatomy Blueprint, a step-by-step framework for understanding the key principles of movement and applying them directly to teaching. Participants will learn the fundamental concepts of anatomy that support effective cueing and sequencing while gaining a deeper understanding of the "why" behind the cue.
Rather than overwhelming teachers with complex terminology and endless memorization, this training focuses on practical application. Through movement exploration, discussion, demonstrations, and real-world teaching examples, participants will learn how anatomy can become a useful and accessible tool for creating more intentional classes and helping teachers feel more qualified, confident and competent teaching.
Each participant will receive a copy of the Anatomy Blueprint Workbook, Karen's signature learning system that includes guided exercises, reflection prompts, and short quizzes designed to reinforce learning. Throughout the weekend, teachers will engage in interactive activities and live demonstrations that bring key concepts to life.
Karen's teaching style emphasizes conversation, participation, and hands-on learning. Drawing from her experience teaching anatomy in workshops, teacher trainings, and her coaching programs, she creates an engaging learning environment that helps teachers build understanding without feeling overwhelmed.
Teachers will leave with practical tools they can immediately apply in their classes, along with greater confidence in their cueing, sequencing, and ability to teach from a place of understanding rather than memorization.
